Following the success of the iPad app, 22 Days for iPhone has been completely rebuilt from scratch for version 4.0 focusing on a cleaner user interface as well as on increasing the feature set. The result is a faster, powerful app that is sure to become the ultimate app for managing events countdowns as well as for remembering daily tasks.

iPhone countdown and reminders app 22 Days has been updated to version 4.0, giving users a much needed visual redesign as well as an array of new and exciting features.

On launch the iOS versions of 22 Days were featured in New and Noteworthy, Party Planner and iTunes Rewind Best Of 2011 (utilities: iPad app) sections of the App Store as well as in many important online tech sites. Now, after reviewing user feedback and thinking of new useful features, 22 Days for iPhone version 4.0 is available from the App Store.

Among the great features new to this update are:

A new reminders section, where users can input all of their recurring and non recurring tasks like paying their bills, doctor appointments, etc… and the app will take care of notifying them based on the user's selection of notifications.

A new smart repeat feature that allows users to set their events or reminders to repeat on customizable patterns. For example, users can set them to repeat a specific day of the week, or to repeat every X number of weeks or X number of months.

A birthdays only section where users can keep track of their friends birthdays and congratulate them on time.

As well as an array of other requested features like past event countdowns, landscape view for countdowns, included high quality images for events, a quick guide and up to 3 notifications for every event, reminder or birthday. Usually there is a limit to the number of notifications that can be scheduled on the device, but 22 Days is able to keep track of this limit and reschedule them when needed.

All of the mentioned features complement the previously available options like event personalization with the user photos, address book birthday import, auto creation of important events for the user's country and social integration with Twitter and Facebook.

During the initial launch phase, 22 Days for iPhone is available for USD $1.99, and priced accordingly in other regions. 22 Days ~ event countdown and reminders with style is available world-wide in English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese and Chinese from Appleʼs App Store.
